He is survived by: his wife Susan (Lewis); his daughters, Laura (Chris Hullinger), Terri (Tim Schauf) and Katie (Dave Hancox); and his grandchildren, Nate, Grace, Faith, Gabe Hullinger, William, Natalie Schauf, Luke and Liam Hancox.
