He was predeceased by: his parents, William Oscar Cain Sr. and Ruth Marie Stanbury Cain; and his siblings, Mary Scott, Lucille Caldwell, Hilda Giddens, James Cain Sr. and Albert Cain.
He is survived by: his children, Lolita A. Wilson (Seaford), Eric O. Cain (Texas), Erica E. Cain (Oklahoma), Tracey K. Scott (New Castle) and Rochelle L. Mason (Felton); and his sister Ruth Sudler. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren (1 in heaven), and 3 great-great grandchildren, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
