He was predeceased by: his brother Charles Pugh, Jr. (Carol). He is survived by: his wife Wendy Gainor Pugh; his children, Lindsey Sweet (Joshua), Evan Crouch (Caitlin) and Graham Pugh (Emily); his grandchildren, Steffi Pugh, Asher Sweet, Gabriel Sweet, Ellis Pugh, Harrison Pugh, H. Cashel Crouch, Macsen Crouch and Eleri Crouch; and his siblings, David Pugh (Linda), Glenn Cashel (Isabel) and Leslie Cashel. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and close family friends.
Always involved in the community, he was an Executive Director and Consultant for numerous nonprofit organizations until his retirement, including over 10 years at the Southern Chester County Development Foundation.
