He was predeceased by: his parents, Sinah M. Pelham (Spicer) of Seaford, DE and Edward A. Pelham of Austin, PA.. He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Pelham of Brooklyn Heights and Susanne Pelham Ward of Wilmington, DE; and his grandchildren, Elliot and Shelby Ward.
