He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances May Hopkins and William James Hamilton. He is survived by: his niece Jalisa Simpson; his nephew Michael Simpson Jr.; his son William Hopkins of Wilmington; his sister Jackie Simpson (Michael) of New Castle, Delaware.; and his aunts, Doris Wright of Wilmington Delaware and Joanne Young of Wilmington Delaware. He is also survived by Niece and Nephew, countless friends.
