He is survived by: his wife Joyce (Henderson); his children, Michelle A. Morales (Ulysses, Jr.) and Michael A. Lamplugh (Deborah Wesselman); his grandchildren, Samantha Kubala (Andrew), Jenna Frost (Allan) and Austin Lamplugh (Samantha Nicole Flocco); his great grandchildren, Scarlett Renee Kubala and William Michael Lamplugh; his stepgreat-grandson Roland Kubala; and his siblings, Lewis Gary Lamplugh (Elaine) and Lisa Roberts (Mark). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family suggests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Assoc.
