It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William J. Lawrence (Wilmington, Delaware), born in Aurora, Illinois, who passed away on July 9, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Lawrence and Natalie Lawrence (Miller); his brothers, Richard (Patricia) and Robert; and his sister-in-law Mary.
He is survived by: his wife Lesley Lawrence (Dunlap); his children, Kent, Theresa Fowler (Andre) and Peter (Susan); his granddaughters, Amanda Lawrence, Mallory Fowler, Scarlett Lawrence and Brenna Fowler; his sister Sandra Kehrein; and his brother-in-law Bruce Dunlap. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Bill's memory to Trinity Presbyterian Church.
