He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. Clark Sr. and Rosanna Clark; and his sisters, Mildred Clark and Joan McFarland. He is survived by: his wife Elena M Clark; his children, William P Clark III (Mary Ann), Robert Clark (Kim), Connie Davis (Robert), Shari Smith (Richard) and Richard Clark (Samantha); and his grandchildren, Mickie, Billy, Cindy, Melissa, Jennifer, Brianna, Robert, Chance, Elena, Alyssa, David, Dalton, Alicia, Logan and Samuel. He is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren.
