With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William S. Campbell of Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on June 24, 2020 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Campbell and Sara Campbell (Lumb); his wife Rose Marie (D'Onofrio); his siblings, Tommy, Ben and Suzanne Campbell; and his stepdaughter Lisa Qualls.

He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Ryan (John) of Ocean View, Carol Smith (Jim), Linda Attix (Chuck) of Wilmington and Jimmy (Kathy) of Newark; his stepdaughter Karen Wilkinson; his stepgranddaughter Rose; his stepdaughter Jamie Biggs (Jimmy); his stepgrandson Alex; and his stepson-in-law Tim Qualls. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
