He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Bullock; his siblings, Melivina Turner and Allen Turner; his grandmother Ella Mae Coursey; and his stepfather George Charles.
He is survived by: his mother Shirley Charles; his child Marvell Watts (Damitia); his grandchildren, Kareem, Markeya, Marvell Jr., Don, Amya, Dha-Feir, Dha'Mhani and Majur Watts; his siblings, Daniel Seeney, Shirley Turner, Theola Saunders (Wayne) and Terri Mitchell (Ronny); Shirley Charles. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and friends.
