He is survived by: his sons, Everett Bruce, Victor Ross Harris and Patrick J. Harris II; his sibling's children, Patricia Bayard of Wilmington and Donald G. Bayard of Seattle, WA; his daughter-in-law Leigh A. Miller of Olney, MD; his grandchildren, Everett Cooper, Vichelle Dixon-Trader, Dawann Dixon, Ivy Dixon, Troy Dixon, Isha Rider, LaToya Watson and Valerie Harris; and his sister-in-law Dale M. Wideman (Brian). He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
