He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Witkowski (William Witkowski) and Peggy Witkowski. He is survived by: his daughters, Dianne Dougherty (Tom), Sharon Moore (Charlie) and Donna Maloney (Doug); and his grandchildren, Alyssa Moore and Bailey Maloney.

A committal service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery (2465 Chesapeake City Rd, Bear, DE 19701).
