She is survived by: her children, William Moore Jr. (Rita Horton), Jewetta Dobson (Darren Dobson) and Marcus Jones; her brother Frederick Walls; her grandchildren, Fatimah Graham (Terrance Graham), Tina Mack, Ashley Cook, Mark Cook (Jasmine Cook), Keiarra Douglas, Bianca Horton, Sabrina Forsyth, Rita Moore, Dreama Moore, Will Moore and Aaron Moore; her great grandchildren, Kevin Graham, Kristian Graham, Kal'el Graham, Aniyah Mack Briscoe, Kayden Green, Robert Cook Washington, Javon Rackley, Lamarr Pharris, Zipporah Douglas-Williams, Alujah Pinchback, Dayvon Moore, Hazeem Durant, Noah Moore, Deeliah Boyd, Ky'lee Dickerson and Briyah Forsyth Williams; her nephews, Dennis, Anthony and Freddie; and her niece Regina. She is also survived by extended family members, church family, friends, neighbors, former coworkers.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Congo Legacy Center (501 W 28th St, Wilmington, DE 19802). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
