She is survived by: her husband Virgilio Vega Sr.; her children, Virgilio Vega III and Evelyn Vega; her stepdaughter Virginia Vega; her grandchildren, Isaiah Vega, Virgilio Vega IV, Yvette Vega and Evelyn Mercado; and her siblings, Luis Torres, Carlos Torres, Oscar Torres, Carmen Torres, Marisol Torres and Lydia Torres.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Corleto-Latina Family Center (807 N Union St, Wilmington, DE 19805).
