He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Campbell and Geneva Turner of Chiefland; and his sister Earlene Crews (Buddy) of Chiefland. He is survived by: his wife Joann Bryant Campbell; his children, Genell L. Campbell of Gainesville, Florida and Joseph Grinnell Campbell, Jr. of Alachua, Florida.; and his siblings, Bonnie Cleland (Robbie) of Rincon, Georgia and Donald Edwin Campbell (Jane) of Alachua, Florida. He is also survived by six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
