He is survived by : his wife Mary Sue Smith of Lake Butler; his children, Wade Smtih (Lu Ann) of Alachua, Pamela Dampier of Alachua and Blair Smith (Robin) of Rocky Top, TN; and his siblings, Reed of North Carolina, Marie of North Carolina and Shirley of North Carolina. He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.
