He is survived by: his children, Keith Maxwell (Cindy) of Henderson, Amy Fralick (Tony) of High Springs and Constance King of Black Mountain; his grandchildren, Allison Fralick, Tyson Fralick and Aubrey Fralick; and his sister Peg Pettingill of Johnson City, Tennessee..
