It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Lou Dakel of Altamonte Springs, Florida, who passed away on July 8, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty Lou Dakel to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her husband Robert Lewis Dakel; her parents, Bertha Irene (Graves) and William Henry Hatfield; and her sisters, Erma Cath (Patterson) and Mary Jean Wooster.

She is survived by : her sons, Stephen Dakel (Jan) and Mark Dakel (Karen); her grandchildren, Joshua Dakel (Lupita), Kiara Dakel, Kyle Dakel, Justin Dakel (Jennifer) and Timothy Dakel; and her great grandchildren, Hunter, Wes, Finn and Gabriel.
