He was predeceased by : his parents, Edgar, Sr. Holby and Thelma Cramer Holby; his son Jeff; and his nephew Rob Sickler. He is survived by : his wife Sally Wolf of Indiana, PA.; his daughter Kimberly; his grandson Jeremy (Heaven); his great grandchild Stella-Rose; his daughter-in-law Tami Bailey Holby; and his nephews, John Stewart (Paragi), Douglas Sickler and Matthew Sickler.
