He is survived by: his wife Carol Moore; his father Edwin Moore; his brother Edwin Moore Jr.; his children, Michael D Moore Jr. and Dena Ann Hall; his grandchildren, Brittany Watson, Matthew and Jacob Moore; and his great grandchildren, Elijah Muldoon, Aiden Watson, Ryder Watson, Corbin Watson and Murphy Moore.
