He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Walter Rudolph and Florence Rudolph (Higgins). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Sensenich; his children, Virginia Rudolph, Eva Moberly and Robert Rudolph, Jr.; his stepchildren, Aimee Taylor and Nick McCarthy; and his sisters, Carol Pollack (Alan), Paula Tonger and Joan Seibert (Dick). He is also survived by grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
