He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Kathryn Johnston; his brother Larry Johnston (Kathy Johnston); his nephews, Chad Johnston (Peggy Bell) and Joey Johnston (Sheila Johnston); his great-nephews, Chandler Johnston, Dylan Johnston and Chase Johnston; his aunt Martha Pennington; his cousins, Keddie Salyer, David Salyer (Karen Salyer), Ken Baldwin (Yvonne Baldwin), Kathryn Baldwin McPeak (Greg McPeak), Michael Baldwin (Barabara Baldwin), Susan Pennigton, Joe Pennington (Kathi Pennington) and Tim Pennington; Josephine Johnston.
