She is survived by: her son William Rolland Palmer III (Karen) of Tallahassee; her niece Windy Jones (Mike) of Altha; her nephew Arthur Bailey Jr. (Rhonda) of Blountstown; her grandson Bradley Palmer (Kitty); and her great grandchildren, Alex Palmer and Sarah Palmer.
