He was predeceased by: his siblings, Gary Duncan and Diane Miscro. He is survived by: his wife Frances H. Duncan; and his siblings, Greg Duncan and Delores Simnioriw. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Grand Ridge Baptist Church (2093 Porter Ave, Grand Ridge, FL 32442). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
