She is survived by: her daughter Lorie Whitfield (Cheryl Bashore) of Panama City; her siblings, Glenda Sellers of Bonifay and Glen McDaniel; her stepsister Arlene Cole of Jacksonville; her grandchildren, Kadin, Santana Whitfield of Altha, Kayla, Brian Bashore-Bullock of Raleigh, Houston Hutto of Panama City, Shelbie Whitfield of Blountstown and Tommy Whitfield of Blountstown; her great grandchildren, Aleeyah Ammons of Bristol and Layla Jackson of Marianna; and her pets, Luna, Piper and Nova.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Peavy Funeral Home Chapel (20367 NW Evans Ave, Blountstown, FL 32424). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
