She is survived by: her husband Herman Lee Sapp, Sr.; her children, Herman Lee Sapp, Jr. (Stephanie), Rodney Lee Sapp and Rhonda Burke (William); her grandchildren, Ashley (Wesley), Dustin (Eliza) and Shanna Sapp; her great grandchildren, Andrew and Echo; and her brothers, Warren, Mather, Michael and Greg. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
