He was predeceased by: his parents, Hafford Jordan Cutshall and Annie Laurie Gray Cutshall. He is survived by: his wife Gale Lynn Hewitt Cutshall; his siblings, Perry Gray Cutshall and Betty Jo Cutshall English; and his children, Marjorie Lynn Cutshall Dellutri (Carmen Dellutri) and Paul Leroy "Lee" Cutshall Jr. (Stefanie Suzann).
