He is survived by: his wife Anne; and his children, Mark (Mary Ann) of Ormond Beach, FL, Lesley (John) of Lake Worth, FL, Katie (John) of Fernandina Beach, FL and Michael (Kore) of Mesa, AZ. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
