He was predeceased by: his parents, George P. Harper and Cochleen Harper; his wife Margaret Swift London Harper; and his siblings, Elizabeth Harper, Clark Harper, Charles Harper, Juanita Davis and Francis Akers.
He is survived by: his children, Hiram London (Judi), Brent London (Sheryl) of Anthony Florida and Claudia; and his son-in-law Dr. Robert Brockett of Lecanto Florida. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 8 great- grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
