She is survived by: her brother Jay Capristo (Anita); her nieces, Teresa Capristo (Mike), Gina Badowski (Brett), Melodie Woods, Nikki Howard and Tammy Dolan; her nephew Robert Mazzari; and her cousin Mona Mattarock.
Memorial donations to Jan's favorite charities would include the North Lake Presbyterian Church, Cornerstone Hospice, and the Florida Cancer Research Institute / University of Florida, College of Medicine.
