He is survived by: his wife Julia Mae Norris Early; his sister Janie Early Pritchett; his children, Mardell Lori Dunn, Lamont Self and Norris Self; his grandchildren, CherRon D. Salemma (Michael), Dana R. Dunn, Darryl R. Dunn, Cody Self and Shae Self; and his sisters, Celestine Thomas, Jamielle Plummer, Ruth Churchwell, Curley Williams Jr., Butler Hagins (Leon Hill) and Carlissa Huggins.
