He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Allison, Jr. and Grace Ellen MacGowan; his stepfather J. Edwin Jones, Jr.; his sister Pamela A. Lovett; and his brother-in-law Donald A. Lovett.
He is survived by: his son Jonathan Todd of The Villages, FL; his stepson Jon P. (Christina Carter) of Wildwood, FL; his nieces, Alexandra K. (Mark Olson) of Rowley, MA and Allison M. (Doug Desautell) of North Attleboro, MA; his siblings, J. Edwin Jones, III (Susan) of Richmond, VA, Charles M. Jones of New Bedford, MA and Nina M. Jones of Fairhaven, MA; and his siblings-in-law, Norma C. Gilman of St. Albans, VT, Michael Cassady (Bernice) of Littleton, NH and Colleen Cassady of Lancaster, NH..
