He is survived by: his parents, Phillip Starling Sr. (Darlene) and Renee Starling (Daina); his siblings, Lindsay Jantschek (Matt), Nicolas DesRoberts (Cayla), Krystal Stephens (Mike), Tabatha O'Kelley (Ozzley) and Alex Skipper; his aunts and uncles, Craig Mikesell, Josh Brown (Jeremy), Robert Holland (Karen), Karen Crisel (Curtis) and Donna Hersom (Perry); and his nieces and nephews, Michael, Maverik, Cecil, Finn, Danika, Kaitlynn, Nevaeh, Haleigh, Summer, Layla and Charlotte.
A Celebration of Phillip's Life will be held at Countryside Funeral Home on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Immediately following the service, family and friends are invited to join us for lunch and fellowship, generously provided by the Southern Sportsman's Whitetail Foundation, at Circle S Ranch:11691 NE 150th Ave. Rd.Fort McCoy, FL 32134. In lieu of flowers, donations in Phillip's memory to the Southern Sportsman's Whitetail Foundation are greatly appreciated.
