She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Jean Foster and Robert Junior Foster; her husband Don Power; her son Donald Power; and her sisters, Vivian Lou Dial, Robin Lynn Herrera and Crystal Annette Moss.
She is survived by: her daughter Danielle Andres (Chad); her grandson Hunter Andres; and her siblings, Beverly Ann Gibbs, Penny Sue Simmons, Robert Clayton Foster, Danny Joe Foster and Tammy DeLea Bartosh.
In lieu of flowers, Jean asked that donations be made to the Franklin County Humane Society.
