He is survived by: his father Malachy Carolan; his wife Karla Carolan; his children, Breanna Carolan Sheffield (Matthew) and Shawn Carolan (Ashley); his stepchildren, Michael E. Foote (Celina), Cassandra L. Briegel (Kevin), Beth M. Foote (Shawn), Brianna R. Bunning and Kalee Bunning; and his siblings, Richard Spencer (Abigail) and Charlotte Cole. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
