He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Roy Kern and Marilyn Edna Kern; his wife Kathy Kern; his children, Eddie Kern, Tom Kern and John Kern; his grandchildren, Asa, Ezra, Liberty and Eve Kern; and his siblings, Gregory Kern and Lynn Morris. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Highland Memory Gardens (3329 E Semoran Blvd, Apopka, FL 32703).
