He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Angela Malone (Jim) of Chappaqua, NY, Joe Mikulicic (Tina) of West Babylon, NY, Chrissy Lester (Jason) of Forest, VA and Michael Mikulicic (Jodi) of Virginia Beach, VA.; and his grandchildren, Ian, Isabelle, Owen, Chloe, Mikey and Cambri.
