He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Cook (Hugh Cook) of San Antonio and Judith (Judy); his brother John Van Benthuysen (Jessica); his grandchildren, Kristen, Stacy and Brian; and his great grandchildren, Elle and Emily.
