She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Hamlett and Lucy M. Hamlett (Harwood); and her siblings, John W. Hamlett and Sally O'Keefe. She is survived by: her sons, James R. Dean (Amy) and Kenneth W. Dean (Leslie); and her sister Diane M Wischmeyer. She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren.
