He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Hackman and Eve Pauline Wilcox Hackman; and his sisters, Barbara Vosmeier, Betty Lou Mayberry and Alberta Lanman.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann McCague; his daughter Vonda Matthews; his grandson Peyton Matthews; his stepson Ken McCague; and his brother Gary Hackman.
