He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Tibbetts and Maxine Tibbetts (Olsen); and his siblings, Shelvy Burnham, Catherine Lemiszko and William Tibbetts.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary A. Tibbetts; his daughters, Tricia John (Louis) and Rebecca Hamm (Henry); his granddaughters, Hailey and Lia John; and his sister Sharon Smolinsky (John) of Buzzard's Bay, MA.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Loomis Family Funeral Home (420 W Main St, Apopka, FL 32712). A Mass will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Patricks Catholic Church (6803 Old Hwy 441, Mt Dora, FL 32757). A burial will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 10:15 AM to 10:45 AM at the Pine Forest Cemetery (1699 N Donnelly St, Mt Dora, FL 32757).
In lieu of flowers, Larry requested that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the American Cancer Society (https://donate.cancer.org). Consider a donation, as requested by the family.
