He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Faircloth and Mary Jane Rudd Faircloth; his siblings, Quida Mae Jordan, Juanita Smith, Robert Faircloth Jr., Ralph Faircloth Sr., Margie Gunn, Shirley Gardner and Paul Faircloth Sr.; and his great grandchild Marin Richardson.

He is survived by: his children, Rosalind Wincey (Gary), Gloria Kerlin (Mickey), Richard Faircloth (Emily), James Faircloth, Marianne Richardson (Rusty), John Faircloth (Michelle), Joseph Faircloth and Melessa Faircloth. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
