She is survived by: her daughters, Almeda Barrington Alexander and Jacqueline DeLaughter Thompkins (Roland); her grandchildren, Darius Alexander-Jones I (Juanita), Bradford Thompkins, Anitra Alexander, Anisia Holmes and Johnna (Brandon); her great grandchildren, Brian II, Darius II and Justus; her close friends, Kate Fedd, Minnie Paramore, Lula Williams, Louise Franklin and Artisher Pittman-Blue; and her godchildren, Artice Seward (Phyllis), Annette Alston and Yvonne Deboles. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, god sons and daughters, and sorrowing friends.
