With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Pollion (Apopka, Florida), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 27, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Richard departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Richard leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Pollion and Mildred Pollion (Beadle). He is survived by: his stepchildren, Sam Estes (Lisa) of DeWitt, MI and Kelly Oppermann (Pete) of Gaylord, MI; and his sister Joi Sherman of Birmingham, MI. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
