With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rita F. Capehart (Apopka, Florida), born in Buffalo, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 22, 2025 at the age of 69. She was predeceased by: her son David R. McElwee; and her parents, Clyde Travis Pack and Viola Mae Pack (Seets). She is survived by: her daughter Traci Miller (Stella Coker); her daughter-in-law Trisha McElwee; and her grandchildren, Scarlet Miller, Layne Burtlow, Connor McElwee, Taliesin Miller (Tally), Toby Micheal, Aeden McElwee and Liam Miller.
