He is survived by: his wife Judy Kay Rodgers; his children, Patricia R. Yancey (Robert Carl) and Robert M. Rodgers Jr. (Marylee); and his stepchildren, Michael Vanek and Jennifer V. Exton (Wayne). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 4 greatgrandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.
Bob could whistle any tune perfectly – a skill that remained intact when the Alzheimer's had robbed him of his words.
