He was predeceased by: his mother Ellis (Betty Holder); his wife Sally Ruth Strite; and his granddaughter Annette Miller. He is survived by: his father Tommy; his children, Beth Ann Arnold, Jerry (Kristi) and Bryan (Michelle); his grandchildren, Peter (Sarah), Kevin (Holly), Austin (Allison) and Jessica (Brady); and his great grandchildren, Dalan, Christian, River, Sharlene, Gentry, Ellie and Gracie.
