With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gayle C. Gillenberg of Arcadia, Florida, born in Baltimore, Maryland, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Though Gayle may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Gayle touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lamar Gillenberg; and her sister Joyce Hagan. She is survived by: her daughter Stephany Kilgore; and her granddaughters, Samantha and Jessica. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Gayle's name to The American Cancer Society for lung cancer research.
