He is survived by: his wife Norma Stevens Foye; his daughter Kathleen Brackett; his grandson Chad Brackett (Diana); his great grandchild Brooklynn Brackett; and his sibling's children, Kathy Goodwin and Michael Foye. He is also survived by many extended family member and friends.
