She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Vooren and Adeline Van Vooren of East Moline, IL.; her husband Charles Webster; her daughter Nicole Rose; her son-in-law David Rose; her grandchildren, Shayla, Mackenzie, Isabella and Natalia Rose; her great grandchildren, Mila and Adrian Oviedo; her daughter Ryann Sardinia; her son-in-law Steve Sardinia; her grandson Beckett Sardinia; her children, Chelsea Webster (Walter Schubart) and Charlie Webster; her daughter-in-law Molly Webster; and her grandsons, Caleb and Carsen Webster.

Jean retired during Covid in 2021 so she could enjoy time with her family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).
